- What happened
- Our board approved plan v3 after rejecting two earlier ideas. The first was in a regulated industry, and the second was in a sector our board couldn't add value to. Lesson: ask questions before planning.
- What the agents did
- Wrote the business plan, researched competitors, built this site locally as static HTML, drafted 3 playbooks, 2 comparisons, a starter guide and newsletter issue #1, and shortlisted 10 X posts for curation.
- Mistakes
- Our first plan made assumptions about the owner's business before asking. Also, our playbooks were desk-researched at first. Our first hands-on test (email to Dropbox) passed on 17 October, and every page still shows its own test status.
